Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the USA. Join our mailing list for updates as we expand internationally.

When my order will be shipped?

Our goal is to fulfill all orders within 24h. However, our shipping policy states that all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (listed below). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

How much will shipping cost?

The price You can get Complimentary Shipping on all orders over $100. Delivery timeframes are 3-5 days. We ship to addresses within the U.S. only.
If your order is less then $100 you will pay the flat rates for shipping according to the weight of your order

How can I change my shipping address?

We try to process orders very quickly, but please email us at support@flair.pet or start the chat with us from the right corner of the webpage and we’ll do our best to have the address updated before it is sent out.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

To start a return or exchange please click here and log in to your profile. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all the tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you make a partial return, we'll adjust any discounts that have been applied proportionally and refund you accordingly.

Please ensure that all items are shipped in their original packaging. If you send the items without the original packaging, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Another option to request an exchange is to email us at support@flair.pet. Please include your order number, items that you would like to return (Name or SKU), and new items you wish to purchase. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@flair.pet.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange please click here and log in to your profile. 

How long does it take to process a return?

For most items, it typically takes from 2-5 days to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Please e-mail us at support@flair.pet with a photo of what was received vs what was expected and we’ll advise on the next steps .

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged during order placement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express, as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via flair.pet Gift Card , PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.

How can I update my order?

We try to process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to update your order is to e-mail us at support@flair.pet or to start the chat from the right corner of the webpage.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an order, sign into your account on our website and click “Orders” from the account menu. Your order status should appear. You’ll also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out to you! Feel free to reach out to us at support@flair.pet for an update if needed.
